Seiji Yamamoto
Born in Kyoto in 1966.
Trained in Tokyo since 1985. 40 years career in
2023.
Studied general at a patisserie with a main
store in Paris. After that, joined the product
development department of “Henri
Charpentier” in Kobe, where he worked at the
core of the company in the times of 2 billion
yen to 14 billion yen. In 2001, established
“Sweets Planning and Development
Consultant”.
Moved to the U.S. and worked as a
chef, LA, Hawaii.
also studied large production in Hawaii and returned to Japan due to visa difficulties. After returning to Japan, became an executive officer and product developer for L,abeeile Co.BAKE Co. also the general manager of the Product Planning and Development Department
of Chateraise Co.
